New Home Owners, and recent Newly Weds! It’s all about following “The Home Buyer Plan”, asking hard questions and staying on track. That is exactly what Sandee & Bobby did this past week when after securing a buyer for their studio condo in Chicago they found and successfully closed on a Rockin Cool single family home in Round Lake.
Sandee was ready to get out of the city, and was looking forward to having some down time closer to where most of her family lived, in Lake County. She said they spent most of their weekends there anyway, so why not just move there.
After ensuring the buyer for their home was secured and qualified, Sandee and Bobby, with the assistance of Sandee’s twin sister Laura and her husband Michael (I came too) ensured their finances were in order, identified what they were looking for in their new home, and headed out to find it. After a number of properties which seemed more or less promising, they found a beautiful colonial home, nearly in new condition, featuring a huge open area backing to their yard, a 3 season sun room, full finished basement and much more.
The sellers of this home were priced well, the home was immaculate, and well…it hit the spot. Congrats you guys!
